Hi everyone. No new lures here today…. Just my family getting a taste of the Christmas spirit.
For those of you who have children, most have experienced this before. Well, this past weekend was my turn. While visiting our local Bass Pro Shops this past Sunday, my wife and I were strolling the aisles when it hit us.
Santa’s Wonderland…. stand in line……wait your turn…… sit on on Santa’s lap….. get a free photo for all eternity…. Lets do it!!!
Well, as you can see, a reasonably good idea went south in a hurry. Tyler, my three year old son, the one on Santa’s lap had to be coaxed to within three feet of him with a candy cane as a payoff. So, I’m not quite sure if Tyler is more upset at being duped by the “bad man in the red hat” or scared of the possibly rabid reindeer in the background preparing to charge or…. everyone’s least favorite the dreaded “dual crotch grab.” I suppose you can take your pick.
