This year, Lucky Craft pro staff member Gerald Swindle will honor the memory of his brother, Tony, in the form of a new tattoo. Tony passed away in March of 2008 after fighting a long battle with pancreatic cancer. Since that time, something has been burning inside of Gerald.
“This tattoo honors Tony, but even more than that, it’s about my mom,” Swindle said. “I have been concerned for several months about my mom, and I feel like even though she doesn’t really come out and say it, I think she feels that Tony is going to be forgotten. I don’t want that to happen or for my mom to think that. This tattoo, for me, is not about being cool or showing off or anything like that. It’s about my mom, my brother and never forgetting.”
Well done Gerald!
