Jordon Finishes Second in Iowa

Lucky Craft pro Kelly Jordon finished a close second to Arkansas pro Kevin Short this past weekend in Ft. Madison, Iowa.   As I was talking with Kelly on Sunday after the weigh-in, he was reliving one fish on Saturday that will probably haunt him for awhile.  Jordon brought in four fish on Saturday and had the fifth one on, but couldn’t catch up to it before it came off.

“Yeah, you can add that one to a list of fish that got away,” Jordon said. “If I get that one in the boat, I probably win, but I still had a great week.  I’ll just try to get that fish out of my head.  Kevin fished a great tournament, and I’m happy for him.”

It was a great event for the Lucky Craft anglers with three of our pros making the top-12 cut on Sunday.   Jordon finished second, Takahiro Omori finished eighth, and Gerald Swindle finished 11th.  For a complete list of the results visit bassmaster.com or click here.
