He used a Pointer 100 DD in Pearl Wakasagi for a limit weighing more than 22 pounds on the second day, and caught a few on a RC 2.5 DD crankbait in Ghost Minnow as well on his White River channel bend.

Ehrler said despite practicing three days before the off-day, he believes FLW Tour officials made the right decision based on safety. The tournament will not be rescheduled and the season will have five qualifying events for the Forrest Wood Cup in August.

Lucky Craft Pro Brent Ehrler started 2010 with a bang this past weekend at Lake Shasta, California, scoring a victory in the FLW Western Series event. Ehrler weighed in 20 bass over the four day event for a total of 41 lbs, 4 oz.
