Casey battled through it well, though, posting his best finish of the season. He’s in 47th place in the Toyota Tundra Angler of the Year standings. Two tournaments remain for him to try to qualify for the Bassmaster Classic next February.

Lucky Craft Team Journal – Guntersville
It’s an astounding run of success: Two wins, a second-place and two fifth-place finishes. The second-place finish came at the season-opening California Delta where he lost by just one ounce. But that began one of the most incredible runs on the tour in decades.
